WHAT TO BRING
The spa will provide you with all the amenities you need, including your robe, sandals and toiletries. However, your bathing suit is required for all hydrotherapy treatments. For any other treatment you will disrobe to your comfort level. During all treatments the only area of the body that is not completely draped is the area being attended.
WHAT TO LEAVE BEHIND
We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa. We also ask that you refrain from cell phone use. A locker will be provided to secure your clothing and other personal items, but we are not responsible for misplaced property. Alcohol is not recommended before or after a treatment and is not permitted in the sanctuaries.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first treatment; allowing ample time to check-in and unwind in our sanctuary. Sip herbal tea in our reception area and allow your appointment to begin on time.
YOUR COMFORT LEVEL
If at any time during your spa treatment you are not completely comfortable and relaxed, whether it be the pressure of the massage, the draping during your treatment, the volume of the music, the room temperature or lighting, simply let your therapist know. This is your time and we are here to make sure your experience is everything it should be.
At Butter Day Spa, Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with each service.
A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
To avoid full-price billing for your appointments, we require a 24-hour notice for all weekday cancellations (monday-thursday) and 48-hour notice for all weekend cancellations (Friday-Sunday).
