Spa-Chi | 60 Minutes, Relaxation – $85, Deep Spa-Chi – $95
Spa-Chi is like an amazing blend of Reiki, Chakra work and traditional western knot and stress relieving techniques. Soar & knotted muscles are worked using signature hand pressure techniques and energy work. Chakra and energy centers are addressed as well. Reiki I | 50 Minutes, $60
Reiki (which means universal life energy) is a positive focused, non-invasive, gentle yet powerful form of energy therapy. Reiki can help balance you energetically, mentally, emotionally and physically by putting you in touch with your own individual energy centers and fields. This traditional Japanese technique reduces stress, helps you to reach a state of deep relaxation that also promotes self healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” which flows through us and the very thing that gives us life. Tui Na is like a cross between acupressure and Shiatsu. It uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body, as well as a variety of techniques that work our muscles and joints.
